Foam Products of Tyler, Policies

Shipping Policy: We ship anywhere in the continental United States via UPS for small packages. We utilize a logistics company to find the best rates for large shipments, unless otherwise specified.

Payment Policy: We accept cash, check and the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Contact us if interested in setting up a charge account. A credit application and list of at least 3 reliable credit references are required.

Return Policy: There will be a 10% restocking charge on all material returns. No Returns for items after 15 days from purchase. No returns on purchases of 5 yards or less. No returns on foam and other bedding material per Texas law.

Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice. All orders are freight on board (FOB) Tyler, Conway or Broussard with approved credit or prepayment.

Wholesale Only Policy:

We only sell foam products to customers that have valid tax identification numbers and can provide a signed sales and use certification. Please submit these documents via email to sales@foamproductsoftyler.com. If preferred, you may send them via fax or US mail to the warehouse closest to you.
